So much to say...firstly we will miss you terribly Emily. So much fun. So full of life and such a fighter. We have many happy memories of trips in the van, mountain boarding, snowboarding on Cleeve Hill, snorkelling, surfing in Ireland, cliff jumping...campfires, songs and silly games, trampolining, gardening, planning and plotting the next thing to do. All of life's milestones and those huge decisions you made. We are all so proud of you and what you achieved in your short life. God bless you.

We visited Cheltenham in the summer after lockdown going into the river you were a pro on your paddle board giving me all the tips! You taught Alfie to stand on the paddleboard something he has never done before or since! We went swimming a lovely day completed with dinner in your garden all the kids running crazy! you are very loved and in our thoughts ❤️

For someone who works with words - I'm finding this SO hard to write anything as I'm really struggling to find any words that can do Emily any justice whatsoever. But I guess that in itself is a sign of someone who was loved by so many people for so many different things. Thankyou for everything Emily. May angels lead you in. P.S I still maintain that vegetarian sausages are complete different to normal ones :p

You were an inspiration. My kids miss you so much as you were like an aunt to them. We loved living so close and hanging out with you. Sending much love and prayers for your awesome children and your wider family. Xxx

I worked with Emily in the classroom at Winchcombe School and was always in awe of her inspirational, creative and original teaching style. She taught students to have a love of maths and clearly understood how to support those for whom maths didn’t come easily. But, she was more than a colleague: she was a friend and helped me at a difficult time despite her own circumstances. She is greatly missed by us all.

I shared a Battlefields Trip to Belgium with Emily at Winchcombe School. She was fantastic company and so positive and caring with the students. She will be greatly missed, especially her wicked sense of humour!!!
